Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 August 2026
The short version. Your alarms never leave your phone. Clockoo has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers. The only thing that goes anywhere is your subscription status, which is handled by Apple and RevenueCat so the app knows whether you have paid.
What stays on your device
Everything you create in Clockoo is stored on your phone and nowhere else:
- Your alarms — times, repeat days, labels, and which mission each one uses
- Your mission settings and difficulty
- App settings, such as your appearance choice
- The answers you gave during onboarding, which are used to set up your first alarm
None of this is uploaded, backed up to us, or shared. We cannot see it. If you delete the app, it goes with it.
Subscriptions
Clockoo Pro is sold through the App Store. Two companies are involved and we are not one of them:
- Apple takes the payment. We never see your card details, your name, or your Apple Account.
- RevenueCat keeps track of whether your subscription is active, so the app can unlock. They receive a randomly generated ID that identifies your install, plus the purchase itself — which product, when it started, when it renews.
That random ID is not your name, your email or your Apple Account, and it is not linked to anything you do in the app. You can read Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy for what they each do with it.
What we do not do
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to lose.
- No analytics or usage tracking. We do not know which missions you use or whether you get up.
- No advertising and no ad identifiers.
- No third-party trackers.
- We do not sell or share your data, because we do not have it.
Permissions the app asks for
Clockoo asks for permission to schedule alarms and send notifications. That is what lets an alarm ring, keep ringing, and ring back if you walk away. It is used for nothing else. You can withdraw it at any time in the Settings app, and the app will tell you plainly that alarms cannot ring without it.
Children
Clockoo is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. Since the app collects no personal information from anybody, there is nothing for us to delete.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct and delete the personal data a company holds about you. In our case the honest answer is that we hold none. Your alarms are on your device and under your control. For the subscription record held by Apple and RevenueCat, contact us and we will help you reach the right place.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change ever meant Clockoo started collecting something it does not collect today, we would say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.
