Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
The short version. Clockoo is an alarm app. Clockoo Pro is a subscription that renews by itself until you cancel it, and you cancel it in the App Store, not here. Please do not rely on any phone app alone for something you truly cannot miss.
1. What these terms cover
These terms are the agreement between you and Clockoo for using the Clockoo app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
2. What Clockoo is
Clockoo is an alarm clock. Instead of stopping when you tap it, the alarm stops when you finish a short mission that shows you are awake. It can ring through Silent Mode and Focus, and it can ring back if you leave or force-quit the app.
3. Please do not rely on it alone
This is the part that matters most, so it is not buried at the bottom.
Clockoo runs on a phone, and a phone can fail. It can run out of battery, be switched off, be left in another room, have its permissions revoked, or be affected by a bug in the app or in iOS itself. Clockoo cannot ring in any of those cases.
Do not use Clockoo as your only alarm for anything you genuinely cannot miss — a flight, an exam, a medical appointment, a shift where someone is depending on you. Set a second, independent alarm. We do not promise that the app will ring, and we are not responsible for what happens if it does not.
4. Clockoo Pro
Clockoo Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full app. It is sold through the App Store, and Apple handles the payment — we never see your payment details.
- The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, and in your language and currency.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is ever offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
5. Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Request one through Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, though you are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
6. Using the app fairly
Please do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or try to bypass the subscription; resell or redistribute the app; or use it to break the law. We may end your access if you do.
7. Changes to the app
Clockoo is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed. If we ever remove something you are paying for, we will say so clearly rather than letting you find out.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app rather than only updating this page.
9. Liability
Clockoo is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app — including oversleeping. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.
10. Privacy
What the app does and does not collect is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: your alarms stay on your device.
